S&B 1-8 scope value?

Possibly looking at trading a guy for this scope. I’m not sure the current value since there’s not much previous posts for this optic. Anyone know an accurate value for what this scope would approximately sell for today?

If I remember correctly, one very similar to that sold on another website for $2700-$2800 a year ago. The dual cc model is worth considerably more.

I own two short dot duals (newest model). That is the older model you are showing us. With the wear on the scope, I wouldn’t give more than $1500 for it, but that’s just my opinion. The newer Short Dot Dual fixes the issues with the older model and is a better scope with a larger eyebox IMHO. The older model is still good, but if you pay more than $2k, you might as well buy a Kahles 1-8x new or something similar.

Probably mine. This model is harder to find and it’s probably closer to $2500-2600 now

Yeah but its also the best of those in controlling scattered light. The optic could be shorter, but they just went ahead and built in the sunshade.

S&B 1-8x PMII Dual CC Shortdot with Pulsar Krypton 2 FXG50 Thermal Clip-on. Rusan 30mm adapter. B&T APC9, A-Tec suppressor. H&K prototype grip copy, 3D-printed.

Reticle image very difficult to capture, and not possible to share the "real deal" and experience. Also this reticle is with an Aimpoint Duty RDS Multi-Reticle, and no hear sources out on the fields. Very effective way to get a good thermal capability for relatively low budget.

OK, talk to me on the Duty with that eotech-ish reticle. It looks very clear but I'm very hesitant in it being the worst of both worlds for someone with astigmatism
