A little like trying to pass a garbage truck on the right using the bike lane, veering off the road, and hitting a big tree.
Cop was driving like a dick. The black guy was ahead of him the entire video and tried to merge because construction blocked the right lane. Cop decided he was too hot shit to let the guy in and obviously attempted to narrow the gap.
From there, the cop has no fault.

The video literally starts with the guy passing on the right and trying to force his way into the lane. Traffic in front is slowing down for the construction zone.
BTW. He was at no fault anywhere.
