Probably because the cop was being a a hole and not letting the guy over when the right lane was closing ahead…any normal person would have slowed down so he can merge before the construction area
Asshole No. 1 is the off duty officer who should have let the guy merge at the construction zone. His comment during the video indicates he was not inclined to permit a merge.
Mr merge is asshole No. 2. There was a point where he had to realize the other driver was going to be childish and not permit a safe merge. There was no reason to engage in a physical exchange with asshole No. 1.

Seen this initially on my phone. After seeing it on my computer I could see ahole no 2 pulled a firearm. So yeah…the shoot is good. Behavior leading up is still inexcusable. Both parties contributed to this dumbassery.
