I bought a 300 WM from Woody early last year and it has been a real shooter. I did not have the gun built, but Woody had built it to keep and then decided to sell it. I was so impreseed with the rifle and Woody's ability and knowledge, I decided to have him build "MY" gun. This rifle is all mine. I choose the caliber and all the components that went into the build. Woody did the real work though LOL.

What your looking at is two separate groups separated by about 20 minutes. I zereod the rifle at 100 yards and shot the 3 shot group on the right that measured 0.166 on a warm barrel. I wanted to see how it did on a cold bore shot so I let it sit for about 20 minutes at 55 degrees. I then made a slight adjustment to center at 100 yds and shot a five shot group with the upper left being the cold bore shot. The remaining 4 shots measured 0.288. I can't do any beter than this shooting off a bipod with a rear bag.

Woody you really outdid yourself this time. Thank you so much for such a great looking and fantastic shooting rifle. You built exactly what I asked for. Now I can't wait to get it out there to 1,000 and beyond.

That's a very nice looking rifle, built with some top line components. It obviously shoots very good. I'm sure you will be very pleased with it.

Good choice on the marbling pattern of the stock. The Cerakote and marbling really match up well.

Nice rig!
That's a helluva comp for a 6.5x284.
What brass are you running? Never mind I re-read LAPUA.

Woody, You too funny. I can barely screw a nut on a bolt, but I don't shoot bad for an "OLD GUY". Glad you can build'em.

Thanks guys. I think this thing is just going to be a laser, as Woody put it, when I get that perfect load worked out.

This was my first load workup, but I am very pleased with it and ecstatic about the rifle.

With the Benchmark removable "Tactical Muscle Brake" it has NOOOOOOO recoil!! weighing in at 15 pounds helps a little too.

Very nice pair of rifles Woody. Thanks again.
