searching the hide for stock painters is painful. I thought it would be nice to have everyone list in one place anybody they know that does paint / cerakote / duracoat / custom finishes to make it easier. I know it would help me. I currently need someone to paint a Manners MCS-T3 for me.

Any recommendations? I only know of On Target Customs aka ARP, and Black Ice Services (http://www.blackicecoatings.com/index.html)

Re: Custom Finish Jobs

Todd Powers did a great cerakote/Ion Bond job for me, was quick and spot on with his delivery estimation.

Re: Custom Finish Jobs

Rob01 has an awesome cataflage pattern on a T3 that may work. Not sure who did it for him, but it's original and very well done. Shoot him a pm and ask for pics.

+1 on this!

I have sent him 2, one for me and one for a friend. His attention to detail is awsome and very easy to work with.

If you want to add monetary value to your rifle while increasing the durability and aesthetic quality of the finish, Dimensions is the choice. Jeromy's finishing background (he's done custom paintwork on just about everything) coupled with his talent on an airbrush definitely make him unique in his capability and quality. Lots of people out there who will spray a rifle cheaper, but not a one out there who can do it better.

Re: Custom Finish Jobs

I've been doing all the custom camos at Manners Composite stocks for over a year, here's my site, see if there's something there you're interested in.

www.customguncoatings.com

All the folks that are listed on here are great painters, covers the entire spectrum of paint you may want from top of the line air brush work, to basic paint work. Here's the thread that I started when I first started painting as an intern under Todd Jackson;

Re: Custom Finish Jobs

I've been making sure that everything is done and shipped back out within' a week. If I receive on Monday, it's out the door no later than Friday 95% of the time. Tuesday, I can still make friday most of the time.

If you want to send something in, we can talk and I can give you a real accurate estimate of how long it'll take to complete and ship back out.

I recomend you stick to the certified applicaters for the best results.

The new gallerys give you first hand samples and the names of applicators from all over the country.
