go to any of your barrel manufacturers...Krieger, Bartlien,benchmark, Brux...etc they all have recommend break in procedures pick one and follow it...there is no set round count differs for most barrels.

Simple brake in procedure.
1) Go to range
2) Chamber a round
3) Aim and squeeze trigger
4) Repeat until ammunition is depleted

Now your barrel is properly broken-in and you are ready to continue shooting. Really though forget brake-in procedures and just start shooting your rifle.
