i was wondering who manufactured them, i saw one at a match, it would swing when you hit it and show a red side or something along those lines. so who out there makes some good targets?

Look up MGM targets, they are two miles from my parent's house in Idaho.
They make what I think you are looking for. Not the only ones by any means though. Lot's of good vendors on here.
