Have in my mind to build a 6.5mm based large frame "AR" rifle. I was looking at the 6.5CM but with the latest run on guns and parts, I would have to wait a good while to get it together.
But...it looks like I could gather all the parts to put a .260 together right away.
So my concerns are about mag length loading with the heavier bullets. And how about the use of VLD's,etc., since they tend to shoot best close to or into the lands.
Any help from you folks that are actually running .260 AR's would be great on helping me make up my mind.
