Multicam chest rig/belt/pack options

I see a few makers out there (Spec Ops, 5.11, Voodoo, Condor) but I'm looking for opinions. Needs are:

- Chest rig, mag pouches in front, minimum 6 for M4 mags
- belt/waist rig w/wo padding with MOLLE attachments
- Pack, 2-3 day, MOLLE attachments, hydro compartment inside

Any info on kit you guys use would be great. This will be range, comp, hunting gear and used year round. I'm really looking for the modularity of the MOLLE gear for weapons/kit changes. Thanks

I've found that a vest type or carrier that has your mags/equip pouches on the front, make shooting from the prone position very difficult. When I was deployed, I used a tac vest. I found I need to unzip the vest and lay it open so I could lay on my stomach. You may want to look for something that lets your carry your stuff on your back/sides ..... like a belt or something.

It really all depends on what kind of shooting you are going to do and what kind of gear you are going to be carrying.
