A one minute gun

If my understanding of minutes of angle are correct, a one inch group at 100 yards is about one minute of angle.
My question is that assuming that you have a heavy enough bullet to stay stable at 1000 yards and push it fast enough to stay supersonic at 1000 yards, can you build a gun that will hold 10 inches at 1000 yards.

People today are shooting groups less than 2 inches at 1000yds.

Yes you can have a gun built that will shoot a 10" group at 1000 yds. There are plenty of people on this forum that can do it. However, based on your question it will take you a while to be one of them.

Why not? Because, for me personally, my need for cyber friends can only be satiated by a real live person sitting in front of a keyboard. I feel so used and dirty when a computer fools me into being its buddy...

Agreed. No amount of ivory soap can wash away the scent of shame left after getting fooled by these 1's and 0's....

You have to respect it in a way though. I've already reported both threads it initiated but since it's Easter morning, there will probably be a delay in the swift justice of the ban hammer.

It's not a "game" and no one is "playing". It's a either completely computer generated or more likely the result of a person making a "relevant" post for the sole purpose of installing that link, which is a big deal and a concern to the site's admin.
