Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

E-mail heading your way.

Shannon, are you going to have an open range day on Friday?

Regards

Mark

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Mark,

We won't be opening the range before daily matches any more. We have facility members now and it wouldn't be fair to them. If you or anyone else is interested in a membership let us know. We will have the zero range open @ 7am before the match on Saturday though.

Shannon

Awesome range, if your close and trying to decide of when to do a shoot and having reservations from being a newbie. Just sign up, very professional and class acts at k&m

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Great range with great people. Everyone at past matches is always willing to lend a helping hand. You will have a blast!

I can't wait.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Guys,

Our new website is up and running! We also are adding to our urban mock up and hope to have it done in time to incorporate it into this match.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Looks like the mock up will be done! (fingers crossed) I'll try to get some photos next week. We are adding two more rooms, a roof, deck and stairs.

If you are sitting on the fence and debating on coming out, this is the match to do it. You won’t find a more welcoming group.

We can accommodate about five more shooters.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Guys I'm gonna bail on this match. I'm taking Shannon's advanced class at the end of the month and I can't shut down for 2 weekends in the same month. I'll see you all at the next one. Have fun. For you first timers...you've never seen a facility like this and you're in for a real treat.

Starbucks=yuck! Set me up with a nice cup of Dunkin or Timmy Hortons and I'm happier than a pig in sh!t.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

The match prep is coming together well but we have a bit more more to do. The urban mock up will be ready, I will get some pics up by Friday at the latest.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

I'm jealous of those that get to shoot this thing. Everyone drive safe and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone except the Hoff but he chickened out anyways.

Anyone seen the auto rabit at the dog tracks? Thats what Shannon upgraded the mover to. Good luck!

I really wish i could be there for this- I'm out of town, hopefully i'll be able to get to the next one!
This match will test you no matter how experienced a shooter you are!

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Sitting on G waiting on O. Went to the range today to run a few rounds. Since we didn't have a mover to shoot at, we used those running Turkey's instead.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

100 rounds plus what you need to zero with will be required for the COF.

Start time is 8am, if you guys need/want to zero the zero range will be open from 7am to 7:45am.

For new shooters that havent been to the range, please use the printable directions on our website. Some guys had a few issues with their gps last match.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

This will be my second time shooting there. This is also the best place I've been to to date. K&M ROCKS!!!! See ya'll there.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Good luck to all the competitors, I was supposed to be there but emergencies at work will keep me away. Im going to make it to the next one.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Another excellent match at K&M! A wide and interesting variety of shooting situations/positions/distances etc. Up tempo pace with very little down time. 100+ rounds fired in a one day format.

Thanks to Shannon and Bryan for the effort today and for all the hard work they've put into building this range and running outstanding matches!

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

); at work. I know yall had a big time. K&m =great people/ facility. Was lookin at the pics on the website and it is amazing how much work they put into this place. I WILL be back!

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

K&M continues to amaze. Shannon and Bryan have set the bar high in a extremely short amount if time. These two gentelmen are extrmely proffesional and hard working. The matches they put on are smooth and the course of fire is extremely challenging and fun. I can't wait to get back to K&M!!!

Rounding out the top 3

1. Bryan Richman using A.I. Ax rifle
2. Chad Peck using a APA 260
3. Joe Walls using a APA 6xc

Though a competitive match, everyone was calling corrections for each other and helping out each other in any way possible.

Shout out to Chase!
You made some great shots with a top loaded 308. It was cool watching you shoot your first match and having fun. Stick with it. You will continue to get better. Hope to see you at the next K&M match!

Thank You Shannon and Bryan!!!

Joe Walls

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Shannon and Bryan thank you for another great match. For anyone who has not Been theK&M you are missing out. Take a class or shoot a match. Amazing is the only word I can think of to discribe K&M. It is definitely a rifle. Shooters playground.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Thanks Shannon and Bryan for another great match. These matches are awesome. Fun, efficient and challenging. The facility is amazing. Each time I go it seems like I am going to a different facility. They have added so much in a short time.

I can't wait to go back!

I strongly encourage anyone who hasn't been there yet to get there for a match or for training.

Thanks again,
Jim Marzec

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Thanks Shannon and Bryan for another great match and a full day of shooting. Challenging COF, good degree of difficulty and what you guys have done in creating an awesome shooting facility.

I just ditto what everyone else has stated. You shooters that have not made one of these events are really missing out.

Thanks again and looking forward to the next match.

Regards

Mark

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Guys,

Thanks for the kind words. Congrats to the top finishers and all the competitors, the COF was a bit more challenging this time around.

I will get the photos and the results posted up on our website ASAP, but it might be next week as both Bryan and I have to go out of town.

Next match date we are looking at is the July/August time frame.

Re: Panhandle Shooters Challenge - 5 May

Shannon and Bryan, thanks for all the hard work and time you and your people have put in to your facility. This was the best and most challenging shoot that I've ever been to. I enjoyed meeting new shooters for the first time and seeing others from past shoots. It was warm yesterday and July/August will be hot, but I'm gonna put it on my schedule and get in shape for the event. Till next time ya'll take care.
