I asked many questions from you guys over the last month, and this is what I currently have going. I have ordered an AAC can for the rifle I am currently waiting on that. I am also looking at a couple of different stock options currently.
I hope you enjoy the photos! THANKS FOR THE INPUT AND HELP FELLAS.

I am also well aware that this is not the photo gallery. The reason I posted the photos here is because I got my help from this section of Snipershide.

It's a bolt gun, and an awesome looking one at that. Bolt gun porn is especially welcome in this section!

Looking forward to seeing the stock!

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

Thanks guys I really like it a lot. I am hoping to hit the range tomorrow. I am especially happy with the Duracoat I did with it.

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

I did the paint. I taught myself how to do it. I am thinking about making it a little side job now. I enjoy doing it. I am about to paint my .300 WM soon.

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

WOW! Very nice. The camo really changes the character of the gun from "nordic functionalism" to "awesome and functional".

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

Sometimes I wish my TRG were made of chocolate. I bet it would be delicious. What can are you going with? Someone tell me AAC finally has an 18x1 51t adapter out?

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

It may not be the photo gallery but those are some mighty fine pictures. I really like what you have done with that TRG. It is very personalized.

The rifle looks awesome. My TRGs look so plain compared to the awesome paint job you did on your rifle, great job. I was wondering what bi-pod adapter is that on your rifle?

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

where did you get the adapter for the atlas bipod?

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

Looks great. I have to say though, its a bit interesting that your thread protector doesnt protrude past the muzzle at all to provide some protection for the crown.

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

The suppressor I ordered is the AAC Titan QD. Yes they make a muzzle brake now for the TRG.

Flounder, I don't have a break yet, but am waiting for it to come. So my crown will be protected soon.

Mamouth--- I found the atlas bipod on EBAY and snatched it up. And I got the adapter from the Accu-shot website. They contacted me last week and told me that they had one they used for some photos and asked if I wanted it. Of course I said yes.

That's what duracoat is for

I won't lie the most important thing is that the rifle shoots. But I do really like aesthetics...

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

I love it! Good work. Glad you got that paint pen issue worked out.

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

im not usually a fan of digi camo but after seeing your rifle... wow, that thing looks seexxxxyy!!!
you did a amazing job with it and cool pics too.

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

About the Digi camo... Being a Marine, and have wore the green digitals, it just made sense to me. I also live on the west side of Oregon which is very green. And I thought it looked Tacticoooool

Beautiful TRG you have there.

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

My neighbors would freak if I took photos of a rifle outside like that.

Nice boomstick.

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

My neighbors all tote guns, and know I am a gun nut. They always see me loading and unloading guns. It is just another day with the young neighbor moving his guns from point A to point B.

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

That thing is Bad Ass! I keep dicking around with 700 budget builds when there is a beautiful TRG in a local shop ... what am I waiting for???

Love what you've done with yours!

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

Great looking rifle....did the atlas adapter require disassembly to put on? I think I read on the atlas website that you would need to remove the forfend to put it on.....

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

Looks great, is that one of the Euro Optik camo guns?

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

+1 nice looking setup

Ya I removed the front end. It was really quick.

Yes it is a Euro optic rifle. Believe it or not, my wife knew I had been eyeballing that rifle on euro optic's site. So for our anniversary, while I was in bed she came in a nice little outfit carrying that rifle in her hands. SWEAR TO GOD...

Maybe if I knew she was gonna do that, I would have the camera ready. True story though.

Re: MY TRG PROJECT UPDATE PHOTOS

Great looking rifle Garrett. I've got the green stock and want to get it painted, though we are looking to move in the near future and I'm holding off until we get settled so I can match the camo the that terrain. What did you use for paint and where did you get it?
Also, I think you made a good decision on the rail; Richard makes top notch stuff. Did you get the Alpha mount as well?

Love talking and looking at TRG's. Congrats on the rig.
