I was recently in the market for a Eberlestock pack, and exchanged several emails with Ceylon at Delta Outdoorsman. He inquired as to what my primary use would be, and what I would be packing for gear and equipment. He also recommended against a pack that I was considering purchasing. We talked on the phone about two models, and I placed an order for a demo pack . When it arrived, it didn't look like it had been used at all.

In short, Ceylon goes the extra mile to ensure that his customers are getting the product they need, and one that will work the best for them.

Dibbs I agree 100% about Ceylon!! He is one of my first places I look when I am in the market for something. I am actually on the order list right now for the new X3 Low Drag pack in multicam. I typically get some type of correspondence every now and then with an update as to the timeline that Eberlestock updates him with.

He never seems to busy to answer a question either. Always willing to go the extra mile one on one to make sure you are getting something that will work for you.

Ceylon and Deltaoutdoorsman.com are definetly good to go. I dont think anybody has a bad word to say about either of them.

Ceylon was great when I was ordering the X3 Low Drag. Gave him a call and he was more than willing to answer any question I had. Great customer service and quick to ship.

+1 here too. He's good people and I had the same great custom service experience with him too. He bent over backwards several times for me and got my order to ship right before SHOT. Good people!

+1 for 1st class customer service from Ceylon. He is extremely helpful,and makes sure you get the product that will best suit your needs. This kind of customer service and knowledge of the product is hard to find these days,but its nice to know it still exists.
