Larry Gish Sako Quad Barrel

Anyone have any experience with Larry's Sako Quad barrels? He has one listed on GB currently and I was wondering if anyone had any real world reports. He says they're capable of 1/4 MOA with Wolf MT, can anyone back this up?

And while we're at it, is the best source for Wolf/SK Standard still Champion Shooters Supply?

Don't know of his barrels, but, he is suppossed to be the go to guy for small bore Sako triggers...

I've been thinking of trying a .17HM2 barrel on my Quad (which happens to be your old Quad); for $135 I'm going to try one of Larry's HM2 barrels. Having not tried the HM2 I don't want to commit Lilja amounts of money on a caliber that might not be a "keeper." I already have 2 Lilja barrels, .17HMR for fur & .22LR for paper & steel.

I have doubts on the 1/4 MOA @ 50Y claim as well but if the barrel doesn't shoot up to snuff at least you're only out $135 or so. Larry has a good reputation for the Quad triggers so hopefully his barrels will fit & shoot well.

And yes, Champion is still about the best place for Wolf MT. Which reminds me I need to order another case...

If I <span style="font-style: italic">really</span> wanted to rub it in I'd post a picture of how it looks now with the Lilja barrel, Manners T4, and SWFA 5-20HD up top.

Glad to hear you found one. I was ready to order a complete 4-barrel setup from Mace Sports but one of the guys from RFC sent me a PM and I bought his Quad that already has all the DIP goodies and one of Larry's trigger jobs-- my FFL should have it by the end of next week. Unfortunately the T4 stock for this one is probably 4+ months out.

Don't sell your new one, I really don't need a third!
