I'd suggest that for a shaped charge for which the penetration of armor is up to 7 times the diameter of the charge diameter. The diameter is most important. Since the weapon is shoulder fired a high velocity projectile is not likely referred to.

I knew those douchebags with the .600NE pistol would show up there! I for one like the punt gun. I have shot a 4 gauge version of one. Pretty fun, with a rather odd pattern.
