Sign Up the same way I did. Get your ass in the military, get three or more bilateral military connected injuries that have permanant issues, and you too can collect those oh so sweet gubmint benefits...or at least EARN them.
VA Pension, and yes, I am in a house that receives government benefits. VA Loan, VA Voc Rehab Stipend, VA Voc Rehab Tuition, and VA Voc Rehab School Supply Stipend to name a few. Pell Grant, and in a few dys, a part time job to fill in the other needs.
If we are to go broke over benefits, start by insuring each individual actually earns what they are receiving, give them a piss test to qualify at least bimonthly, and make sure they receive training to get back to work if they are able. If they are not able, they have families. Now if you claim benefits as a kid, well, I do believe Panty 6 sends No1 a monthly stipend or a quarterly stipend from our meager bank accounts too.

My household receives benefits. Army Retirement check. Tricare for Life. Medicare (that I paid into for 45 years). Social Security Retirement. (also paid into for 45 years). Some of us earned it. The liberals changed the language. What used to be called "Charity", is now called "Entitlements". I feel that if you earned the money over all those years...you are "ENTITLED" to it. If you are sitting on your butt taking free money, free medical (Medicaid or emergency room freebies), food stamps...that is Charity. The way the story is reported, all benefits earned or not are lumped together. As the feller said, "There are lies, damn lies, and statistics". JMHO
