Granted, a new press out of the box shouldn't require parts replacement soon after setting it up, but a responsive customer service department makes up for it in my opinion. I recently purchased a LnL AP and had a couple of small complaints about the stock priming control wire. In response, Hornady immediately sent me out an updated version which is meant to break away if you aren't paying close attention. I have also been having a couple of small problems ejecting .223 from the press and called them about it today. They almost immediately offered me a new one and sent me a confirmation email within minutes. Service like this makes a new reloader like myself want to look to them when I have future purchases. Sorry if this seems like a rant, but I figured it would be nice to post something positive as opposed to much of the griping I see around.
