Gunsmithing where are good instuctions for installing LPK

I'm thinking about buying a POF 308 stripped lower I found and installing an LPK. Haven't assembled one before. Where are some decent instructions? youtube? Brownells?

Am I going to go crazy trying to do this first time?

Does a POF 308 lower receiver take an AR 15 LPK? I've gotten two different answers to that. The lower I am looking at comes with the ambi bolt release parts, two set screws, and the front pivot pin. I was just going to buy an LPK less trigger from DPMS.
