Is anyone else using the Nikon M223 scope? I bought it last week and I like it a lot I was just wondering what other people thought.

Re: Nikon M223

i have it on my rock river arms ar15 and its really nice.. got the 3-12 m223 with nikoplex.... get 3/4" groupings @ 100yards rather often. if you could spend some more money, then i would advise getting a vortex something.

Re: Nikon M223

I bought the M-223 for my Stag Arms 3g and it's been great so far. I got the BDC reticle and it wasn't 100% on at 300 yards, but that's my fault because I was using 50gr bullets. I'll get back to you when I get to try it out with 75 gr.

I do however very much like the turrets and the adjustments are really solid.

Elf is right though, Vortex makes some killer scopes in the 700 dollar range.

Re: Nikon M223

I already have it and I like it a lot. The turrets feel really good and it seems very accurate but I haven't shot it past 100 yards yet.

Re: Nikon M223

U, You can use NIkon's SPot On Ballistic Program to dial in your BDC Scope to the 50 grain bullet's that you are currently using. Won't be a huge difference but every inch counts. Go to Nikonhunting.com, click Spot On Logo, register, it's all free to use. Be warned, you can spend a lot of time checking out all sorts of ballistics and atmospheric conditions!

Thanks for voicing your positive experiences!
