Nikon warranty

I have two nikon products that I need service for , what are my options, I know nikon has stopped making rifle scopes but does that mean no service on older products, one is a 6x20 monarch fine cross hair target scope that the cross hair has rotated or come loose , the other is binocular 10x50 monarch that needs new eye cups, both these items are over 12 years old bought the scope used ,but did get the original box so it might be older than 12 yrs, not having any luck with Google search. TIA.

Best bet is an email or call to their warranty people.
my only experience with them was years ago, I lost a screw that held the turret cap on or something, and a phone call had new screws on the way next business day.
