Ok here is a little backround information. WHile I love shooting my 1911 I have been having alot of fun shooting my Glock 34 in some local falling plate matches. I have a gen 4 and with the large grip adapter my natural point of aim is perfect. with all of this said here is the problem, Slide Bite. When I drive my hand into the grip my fat little hand is riding up a little high on the right side of the gun caused the slide to come back and bite my hand.
I would like to add a little lip to the side and rear of the frame(kind of like a small extended beavertail) however I am not sure what material would stick to the glock fram better IE jb weld or bondo type epoxy.
If anyone one has any expierience trying to do something similiar to a glock please share our expierience

PS I already know about the add on bearvertail that uses the frame pin on the glock, it will not work becauase I am using the add on backstrap already

"Some end users have chosen to permanently modify their GLOCK GEN 4 factory Large grip panel, along with our GEN 123 ADAPTER, to use these products together. In order to do this, they remove material from the underside of our GEN 123 ADAPTER, and contour it to mate it over top of the Large factory grip panel. They then use epoxy adhesive to permanently affix it to their factory Large grip panel when it is installed on their GEN 4 pistol. This is the only way one of our GEN 123 ADAPTERS can be used on a GLOCK factory Large grip panel."

Ill have to look at the other sites when I get home, my dang office has them blocked. does it specifically have to be the 123 grip adapter? I ask because I currently have a gen 4 adapter
