Rifle Scopes Please help with this Leupold scope

this is a 12X scope that based on the military looking nomenclature on the side and the eye piece configuration must be some type special purpose optic....any help will be appreciated....D I C K

interesting. looks like some sort of old vx-3 model. maybe try a leupold rep. they might be the best place to start

these scopes are dangerous to use however i'll send you a couple of hundred and i'll dispose of it!really good scope with a lifetime warranty.

Someone looked up one of the numbers engraved on the scope and determined that the purchaser was the now defunct Hughes Aircraft corp...with no idea what they did with it..i emailed leupold the same time this thread started and have not gotten any answer....thx....D I C K
