Re: My New Comp Gun.

I like it. If its not top secret how do YOU break in your barrells? like do you have a method, i do 10 rounds evenly shot between cooling off, running bore snake through between each one.

Re: My New Comp Gun.

The Bighorn is badass. Did my OCW for load development today and had three different groups that were sub .250" at 3 different charge weights. The Bighorn does not seem to be nearly as picky on charge weight to tune barrel harmonics. I've never seen anything like it. My guess is since the bolt head is floating, the bolt is not vibrating with the barrel like in a fixed bolt design like Rem, Surgeon, Defiance etc... Very interesting to say the least.

Caliber is 6XC BTW. Pretty much the same as 6mm Creedmoor and 6x47 Lapua.
