C.E. Durham mauser rifles?

I came across a beautiful 264 wm. Guy said the stock was made of eagle eye walnut and the barrel has c.e. Durham stamped on the bottom of the barrel. Can anyone give some info on the quality and accuracy of his builds. The smith has passed away now.

I bought the rifle and posted pics and a description of it in the hunting section since its a hunting rifle. I didn't know what I had came across until some research.
