who makes a good shooting , combat style glove

Re: who makes a good shooting , combat style glove

Oakley makes some pretty good looking gloves. Haven't used them but been wanting to buy a pair, so can't offer any real review of them. Probably don't really help much but thought I would offer a suggestion.

Jason,
I have a pair of the Oakley's. The craftsmanship seems very good but if you have large hands I would try a pair on before you buy. I don't have Yeti hands but the largest size is not big enough.

I use the oakley gloves and they do stretch over the hand a little. I mostly use them to cushion the impact from my .44mag though

Mechanix Gloves.... Cheap at 8 bucks shipped and they out last most other brands. Many to choose from even come in camo if preferred

I just go to the hardware store and try on a few different pairs till I find something that fits and doesn't look like a gardening glove. I don't need hard knuckles and all that. Just need to keep my hands from getting scraped up.
