I own a 700 p .300 win mag , a ss5r .300 win mag, a Sps tac .308 all with 20 moa steel bases and tps rings. One thing I have noticed is the more I shoot the better they shoot. I've had the 700 tac for 3 years and the 700 p for 2. Just got the 5r back from the smith ( break and trigger job) All have quality scopes ...zeiss, nf, vortex. And I've shot out to 1k a bunch but it's just the little differences in which they drive which lead me to the conclusion that after around 1200 rounds in the tac and p I'm in the golden years of these rifles. I own a GA Precision .308 and at 100 yards it's like there is no difference. Make any sense of this??
