These guys will teach you to be an Operator. They give out certificates so you can prove to the other operators you are legit, they even offer Heavy Operator training.

Cartmann History Lesson for today: The Cannae Formation.

The Cannae Tactic, The Battle of Cannae, which was fought in 216 BC between the Carthaginians under Hannibal and the Romans. Hannibal's tactical innovation was to place his greenest (least experienced) troops in the center and his veterans and most experienced troops on the flanks. The center of Hannibal's troops advanced to engage the Roman army, then withdrew as if in retreat. The Romans pursued them, thinking the battle was a rout, but then the veterans on the flanks surrounded them. The Roman army was completely annihilated, losing some 60,000 to 70,000 men.
