I've got a pre-'64 Winchester Model 70 built by BlackOps and I recently removed the barreled action from the stock to install a rail for an atlas bipod.

Do I need to torque the action screws to a certain number or just make sure to use consistent pressure? I found a few answers for Rem 700 actions but none for old model 70's....not sure if it would be different between the two.

Can't get an answer from BlackOps so I figured I'd ask here.
