I am new to reloading, My friend who lives 2 houses down bought reloading stuff. We both have exactly the same rifle. and have been reloading together for our rifles starting about 2 weeks ago. He has been doing ladder testing and all that stuff. I just picked a load and went with it. after one of his ladder tests I bumped my powder up from 43gr to 43.5 because that's what shot best out of his rifle. We both use the same seating depth. witch was measured with the hornady ogive tools. in my rifle. they both are shooting really well. I did load and shoot some 168smk but the store has been out every time i went to buy bullets so i been loading the amax,
I want to shoot the 175smk because my goal is 1000+ yards. But those have all been sold out locally.
Im afraid it might change when I get my new stock, Being that it is NOT free floated right now. Do you guys think floating it will effect the accuracy? Silly question i know. but seriously, this rifle has shot better then i thought it could already...

Only had on sheet of paper up. and did not have very many rounds loaded up to shoot. I took a few shots at a rock near by to get on target. The wind was blowing pretty good. 15-20mph, its not a big deal to for me to go out and shoot 5-10 rounds I can shoot 5 min from my house.
