I know the release is suppose to be mid to late Oct. We are at Mid to late Oct now just curious if they are about to be out or there were some snags!! Thanks!!

We got word last week that the SPIR is being re-designed and will not be available until after Shot Show (January 2013).
We've been letting our customers know as well. Many on order since March. Sorry for the bad news.

Had a meeting with LDI in person last week on some projects we have in the works... While I was there, got to work the new SPIR re-design model up close and personal along with a few other very special and interesting new projects coming down the road.
Anyhoot, the newley re-modeled SPIR, they're trying their darnedest to get out in the December time frame I was told. The new SPIR is now lighter and comes with an option to order with or without a mount. This non-mount option will allow for easier hands-free operation and also placing in ones vest a bit easier than a integral mount only option the original design had.
