I finally got "the call" I've been looking forward to!
Took a road trip, picked it up, took it out of the box, put it on, (after struggling to get the muzzle brake off), took it out back to the bench and came back with a HUGE smile. I'm smiling right now just from the memory. All you folks are right...it works so well, I don't think I want to take it off the rifle now. Why would I ever shoot this rifle without it?
It's a Griffin Armament/Hearing Protection "Beast" for my 338 LM.
I cannot be happier. He called me in person to make sure he knew which threads to put in it. Great guy to do business with. Now the wait for the .30 cal one I purchased during the group buy he had. My wife's 6.5 Grendel is too loud!
