Didn't really like the monster pack so I dropped it off at a local tailor. $5 had the rear quarter hacked off. Fits the Manners TA much better. Working on a longer butt strap now.

These would be perfect if:

-cheek piece was in a tan or lighter brown color, not black
-a few more ammo loops (as many as you can cram on there) on the external version.
-ammo loops were a little wider (or taller may be a better description), maybe even closed at the bottom.

Black because of the outrageous minimum/cost required for other colors to be made.

Nice. I wish someone would come up with a stock pack design that worked well out-of-the-box with flush cups installed on the side of the buttstock.

Put a piece of 2" wide adhesive backed hook (the scratchy side of velcro) on the cheekpiece, and you can eliminate the butt strap altogether. The hook works with the loop on the underside of the pack and it locks up tight and goes no where.

I need a couple of stock packs, one for an AR-15 with an A2 stock and one for an H & S Precision stock that came OEM on a Savage Model 12LRP, What sizes fit best ?

A2 stock- the stock packs take up just under 8" on the comb of the stock. You need to make sure that your charging handle will clear. If it will clear, any of them with fit.

For the 12LRP, I think the standard sizes will fit better.

The Stock pack I ordered before the holiday works great on the 12LRP, but it's about 1/2 inch too long and interferes with the charging handle when you draw it all the way to the rear.
Have any ideas ?

Have a shop shorten the front end or the rear strap.
