I spent some time at the Firestone tasting room. The most interesting was aged in whiskey barrels and very good but at 13% by volume very strong.

I don't drink beer here but I could get used to these brews.

Re: Firestone Beer

A hell of a hangover and memory loss. I know a few who pay good money for that. Good point.

I think our driver got a cut because he recommended getting growlers not six-packs and even refilled his own before heading off to the wineries.

I might even start having beer at home again if I can get Firestone locally.

Re: Firestone Beer

This F'n OPSEC is going too damn far!!! Where the hell is Firestone? Looked at your profile and evidently your location is classified also. I HATE not being able to find a new brewery to try.

Paso Robles Just off HWY 101 and the HWY 46 exchange central coast of California. Across the highway from Bubba's BBQ.

Surrounded by miles of vineyards.

Re: Firestone Beer

Firestone Walker, check out the Sucaba, and Parabola. Bar none some of the best beers around. Great stuff. That Brewery is in CA.

Adam B. Michigan has some great places for some of the very best beers. Check out Founders in GR, Bells in Kalamazoo, and Dark Horse in Marshal. New Holland is no slouch, but I personally don't think they're in the same league.

Re: Firestone Beer

I haven't been drinking beer and not dark here for a few years because I got spoiled on the local beers in Costa Rica. Wooky Jack could change that.

I had that last night in San Diego. The Princess Bar in Little Italy has it on draft.
