Duplicating the 6.5CM

Has anyone had any luck duplicating the factory hornady 6.5creedmor load for the 140 grain A-max? I tried the recommended load on the box and it wasn't the same? The box stuff shoots well in my rig

The load on the box was the load that was first developed for the round. That lot of powder that was used used that powder charge. Lots vary from lot to lot. The factory load is loaded to a pressure and velocity spec. Your lot with 41.5 grns might not be the same as what is loaded. Chrono both and work to make you load match the factory load.
