Rifle Scopes Budget Truck/Varmint gun scope

I have a CZ527 Kevlar varmint in .223 at the Smiths getting cut and threaded, and am looking t glass. I think something in the 3-9x or 4-12x range would be ideal for this little gun. My budget is ~$200. Turrets would be nice, but nor required. A ranging reticle is much the same, nice, but not necessary.

Right now, I have the following scopes in mind, but am open to ANY suggestions

Burris FullField II tactical Ballistic Plex 3-9x40
Nitrex TR One Duplex 3-9x40
Leupold Mark AR Duplex 3-9x40 (used local)
Vortex Diamondback 4-12x40 Dead Hold BDC
Vortex Diamondback 3-9x40 Dead Hold BDC
Weaver 40/44 3-10x44 Ballistic-X

Of the scopes you listed I'd go with the weaver over the leupold or the burris...can't comment about the others as I don't have experience with them.

Right now, I am leaning heavily toward the Nitrex. I have one on my 30-06 GP hunting gun, and its a very nice piece of glass. From what I gather, they are a Weaver Grand Slam rebadged. I dont see this gun getting stretched much more than 300yds, and .223 is flat enough that dialing and ranging isnt that critical.

I think, after doing some looking and reading, I am gonna stretch the budget of this one, and go for the Weaver 3-10x Mil/Mil Midway scope. I use one of the Midway Vortex Viper HS Tacticals on my 308, and with matching reticle and adjustment values, it just makes sense.

The tr 2s are rebadged weaver super slams, they are very nice for the price.
