I'm looking for a small tripod to stuff in my pack that has sturdy legs with good clamps and solid head adapter for a rifle saddle. I own a bipod its short 6-9 in, would like somthing that would work for sitting or kneeling only, but small and compact
PS where can I buy it.

This^^

Even the large one folds up to 18" or so, small enough to hang on the outside of your pack. I stick one leg of mine through a couple straps and it's right there when I need it. It's tall enough to shoot standing if I need to.

Special Delivery, I'm liking that tripod you recommended. Might have to put in a request with Santa that's a bit tardy

I've had a couple of the PRS tripods and cradles for about five years and they're still going strong. I can highly recommend PRS, they build very nice products.

I use the medium with a heavy 80mm. Works fine. No issues at all. Been using it regulary for a year.. maybe two now?
