Wow, you guys have hit it, on the "money". The real shame here is how many low life pieces of human SH*(, are caught with drugs, yet no one takes their childern, or even charges them with child endangerment? IMHO, a home containing drugs (heroin, crack, cocaine etc.) is, without a doubt, an endangerment. I'm afraid if all the childern that were living in these "homes" were removed, America would run out of places to take the kids, but it would still be better than leaving them with the animals!
