The other day I was driving around the ranch and saw this

Being its sausage making time of the year I set the hog trap to catch the destructive little bastards and get some sausage meat at the same time.

It took about three days for a hog to commit, but he couldn't resist the free meal.

I like to butcher them a day or two before I make sausage so I load the out in an old two horse trailer and put them in a hog pen at my Dad's house until sausage making time.

These are the right eating size in my opinion.

Shit yea! I'm going to hunt hogs with a .308 bolt soon. Can't wait. I'm gonna Hawaiian underground roast one of those S.O.B's, over.

Congrats, Looks like there are still some more out there after seeing their damage. They sure can tear stuff up. That is the perfect size for a BBQ or pig roast....uuummm
