Can the Nosler CC 155's work in a 1:10. Does anyone have a good recipe for a 300-600yds in a 28" pole?

Yes it does I know two NRA LR shoooters who have 1:10 twist barrels that shoot the 155's (of any brand) quite well. Standard Palma load is 46.5 - 47.5gr of Varget with a 155 that will get you out to 1000yds. I'm currently using that at 600yd MR when I shoot my palma rifle for MR. There are probably 2 lower nodes 1 at around 43gr (cause this is where my shortline ammo with 155's for course is loaded, also my 175's like this) and 45gr (175's love this as that is palma load with them, and guessing 155's will shoot it also)

I started working up loads using 155 Scenars last weekend in my 24" rig and here is a screen grab of the data from my chrono.
Scenars and Noslers are not too far off, and your 26" rig should yield about 30 FPS faster using the same charge assuming you were using the same bullet and shooting in the same temp that I was which was 72* F last weekend.... The only nice thing about living in Kalifornia.
P.S. I had the Scenars seated @ 2.830" for this test. My summation is that I can start increase the charge a bit since the E.S. seems to be coming down with an increase in charge weight. Also, these were all fired in brand new Lapua brass.

All rifles are diffrent, but you'll have no problems with the 155 in a 10 twist. I'm using 45grs of H4895 with the 155gr Amax and 43.7grs of RL-15 with the 175 SMK. As always be safe and work your loads up.

I had fallen around 44 gr varget but any more and the primer pockets started to grow and the lights out accuracy was ok until 300. I was looking for either a lower weight in varget or another powder recipe like 4895, 4064 or R15 maybe.
