In any event...regardless of their prices or their stocking of certain products...it isn't worth my time or my hard-earned money to do business with the likes of them when there are businesses out there that care about CS!
As for your PSG-1 buttstock assembly...that's excellent news. I am sure you'll be pleased with both Adam's service and of course the stock itself. While there is simply no excuse for the prices on the PSG-1 stocks these days (aside from production being basically non-existent, the hassle of importing them, etc., etc., etc.
), the quality is beyond question. They are truly excellent pieces of hardware in every respect! </div></div>
I am really please with Adam's service is a great understatement. Thanks to you I will have the stock tomorrow. The cost, expensive absolutely. But I am at the stage in my life that if I want something I buy it. Fortunately I have the funds.
As for DSA I will give them 1 more week then send them a Certified Letter Return Receipt Requested (keeping copies of the order and letter and USPS documents)to either send the package to my brother's house a few blocks away or deliver it before I leave on vacation or ship it after I return. If they
do not I will file a dispute with AMEX and send them the correspondence sent to DSA. In addition I will keep sending them e-mails and faxes of my intentions. WE will see what happens. There is just no excuse for their unmitigated gall of refusing to answer a customers queries. Adam's company is as swamped with orders as they are but manage superior customer service.
