Sorry fellas. I posted as soon as I knew. I remember the old days when the stores had 4 or 5 lbs of varget at any given time and the 8lber had dust on it. But those days are not today. I do hope they come back.
I only bought enough to keep me busy for a couple months. Sorry truth. I hate this crap too.

And when they get it in stock, 100 people on 20 different forums post "its in stock". I can't imagine why they keep running dry on Varget.
Quite simply if you need it stay on your toes and do your own homework. When you find it buy it and stay quiet.
I found the 9mm bullets I was looking for last night. I pulled the trigger and kept my mouth shut. I ain't doin' anyone's shopping for them. Sorry. I will gladly tell you where to look but the "when" is on you.
If Truth lived close I would loan him a pound...anyone wanna step up and help the guy out, beyond telling him where some was?

Didn't get any varget but got a keg of h1000 finally and some 8208.
Hopefully the 8208 will work well in my 308

8208 will work fine in your 308 with lighter bullets.

For those that have ordered with PV recently: if it said "in stock"at the time you placed the order, for whatever, did you actually get the items?
I'm just curious, as i placed an order for in stock items back on January 21 that now show "out of stock". They will probably be packing my order tomorrow and I'm wondering if I'll actually get everything i ordered...
Im assuming that orders placed online electronically remove those items off the shelf and that's why I'm now seeing them not in stock? But you know what they say about assuming...

Good to hear, thanks. Everything I ordered shows in stock now except h4350 and 139 scenar. But i still have two pounds of the 4350 and am hoping the 140 amax will be my go to bullet anyway. I have several hundred of them.

Good thinking Richard. I'd say Bruno's are out of line pricing wise. Their not getting this on the black market, they're buying from distibutors, and jacking the price up.
This is where one has to make a stand, unless you absolutely need it to shoot.

I found out of my local gun shops was actually buying factory new brass there at high retail and marking it up 20%. WTF I thought.

Yup. I order 3k of 77 gr bullets that showed as "in stock" when I placed the order. It showed "out of stock" soon after. A few weeks later I get the email "order shipped" and I received my bullets. So it looks like PV uses a real-time inventory system...
