Leo reportedly was the best shot in the Division. He reportedly kept a running total until it got too hard to remember and he stopped... most of his targets were enemy snipers. It is said that he didn't consider it sporting to shoot "ordinary soldiers" and avoided it whenever possible.
 
A friend brought one of those Warner and Swasey scopes to coffee the other morning.
