Get Access SubscribeA little update. After a month and a week of exercising and changed diet, my average daily sugars are in the mid 150s, down from averages in the 220s. I can't believe how much more energy I have now. It really has not been that hard to make the changes, and the diet has been easier than I thought it would be. Luckily, I was not too out of shape, so the exercise has actually been pleasant. I really appreciate the encouraging words that you guys have shared. And Diverdon, my wife's best friend is married to an ophthalmologist, so I have that end covered.
