Kicking Ass Somewhere
I am still stocked pretty well on components but getting a ;little low on 556 primers, been searching everywhere, anyone have a source? Also wondering how long the shortage lasted the last time this happened with the AWB in the 90's?

Powder and primers? I'm figuring around Christmas they will be available.

I was talking to Nancy Pelosi the other day, and that's what she said.

Judging from the explosion in the "fed 210M primers for sale" thread, I am guessing that a LOT of us out there are in need of stuff and hoping we can get it.. SOON.

Brunos are in stock because they are gouging double the price on them. Not only are they doubling the price, but they are making you buy 3 to triple stick it in ya... Hopefully their loyal members will recall this once things go back to normal, and they take their business elsewhere. Nothing like a company kicking a man when he's down...

I'm hunting for supplies and 22lr ammo (no surprise) and have walked away from a few sales this week because of price. People that over charge now will win back support when stock builds and they roll out the first "sale". Some will forever walk, but there will be new customers who pledge their loyalty for the cheaper prices.

Would I, today, pay double for Remington 7.5 primers........... yes............ hangs head in shame.

I can wait, have a bunch on back order from Brownells and still have enough for a SHTF event or 3.. Thanks for the info gents.Monmouth, I went to Basspro when they opened up Sat morning, they had plenty of ammo on a roll cart, picked up 5 boxes of 22 wmr at normal price.

IMO the biggest pain about primers is the shipping. If you want to sell them to another member here it's pretty much gotta' be FTF or your SOL. More or less ditto on powder, unless I'm missing something.
That & if you only want a few thousand primers from a vendor, the hazmat fees really eat you up.

I'd call midsouth shooters supply. If they don't have them in stock they are good about backorders.

cheaper than dirt did the exact same thing. In fact they did it before anyone else did. The day after the school shooting, the shut down their online store for "site updates". When they opened back up the next day mags that were $15 magically rose to $60. I use to spend $500 a month there, but havent spent a penny since.

I have at least 5,000 Wolf SRM primers (same burn rate/temp thicker cup) id get rid of at a very fair price FTF in WA or OR...Just dont use them...

Making any trips to Iowa? I could spare a few pounds and a some BR-2s. Under no circumstances will I ship the stuff, though.

Luckily I just scored Hybrid V100, Reloader 17, and some H4350 tonight at my local gun shop for 25 dollars each. I'm not sure what bullet I'm going to use the Reloader 17 for yet (140amax?), but reading through the books it looks as though the H4350 is great stuff for all around when I get my Creedmoor in, as well as the V100 which shows some good recommended loads for the 140AMAX as well. With the scare in powder availability I bought all 3 one pounders. YAY. Now if that 6.5 lrp rifle would come in....and I could get some larger rifle primers im gonna be golden....

I live in Lancaster and work in Columbus and could probably spare a few hundred primers to get you going. PM if interested.

Got some 4350 locally. 3rd generation mentioned on Facebook that they were getting a small shipment of Alliant powder. Scored some reloader 15, I doubt it's still in stock. They do have military LR primers (CCI 43?) in stock, got a few thousand of those to make me feel better about the hazmat fee....
