Redfield battlezone 3-9x42 Tac-Moa anybody got one? What's the good and bad?

I've been close to snagging one, seems like a high value for $199. I would throw out a wild guess and say its probably about like a vari-x1 glass wise. It is the cheapest scope with matching turrets/reticle (moa) that I know of. It is covered under the "no excuses" lifetime (non-transferable i think) warranty. Pretty decent adjustment range and its very light weight. They ship with both the 5.56 elev. knob and the .308 knob. I'm actually tempted to throw it on my AAC-SD 22lr., even with a fixed parallax at 100 yards. Hardly any intel online about em yet, we may have to be the pioneers. Who knows, maybe its the next Weaver GS but with moa/moa.....

I also want to pull the trigger on one. think ill wait for a sale on it since there is very little user Info on them.

Don't know much about the Battlezone. But I bought one of the first Revolution 4-12x44's around, and I couldn't have been happier with the glass itself. The crosshairs were a bit thick, but it was the BDC reticle (all they had). In fact it rode on a 700 223 for about a year, and just sold it on ebay for 90% of what I paid new. Seems to me that Leupold is doing right by the Redfield name.

A friend has one on some kind of Saiga rifle and I liked the reticle a lot. Good glass too.

That's what I thought to"new" to get much feedback. Well I got one yesterday will see if I can get it mounted on my savage 110 308 today and get it to my range next weekend. So we'll see if its any good.
