From the link it says the ruck is a TAD FAST Pack EDC which I have seen before. The thing that has me curious is how the rifle is slid through the rear; I can't figure out how it was done by looking at the stock pictures of the EDC.

If you look, there is a tie strap around the scope tube and I am guessing a second one in-front of the pistol grip holding the rifle in place, but looking at the EDC pictures on TAD's site there does not seem to be an option or layout for this. How is this done? The 'Transporter Tail' wouldn't have a large enough opening on the bottom to allow the rifle to slide through like that, and I do not see the 2 tie straps that are holding the rifle anywhere on the bag. The only thing I can think of is that the Transporter Tail panel was removed via the fastex clips and replaced with a tie strap that has the correct fastex ends on both sides?

Not sure, any ideas? I love this ruck and cannot wait until they are back in stock.

My Fast Pack Litespeed transporter tail has an inside facing pocket that is large enough to fit the butt end of an M4. The transporter tail hangs below the pack once all 4 fastex ends are unclipped and the strap ends can then be connected to each other to hold the rifle taught in two locations. Opposite fastex ends are sewn into the transporter tail to allow this. Hope this helps!
