Justin great shoot buddy that course is awesome! every component was there involving difficulty. stan and Sam thanks for letting me shoot with you guys. great shoot and a bunch of good guys, they even welcomed a guy from Montana. Justin I wouldn't change a thing except for maybe using a little higher grade bolt on your targets.

I cant say enough about how much of a good time everyone brought to this match. It really makes all the time 100% worth it, and then to hear it isnt too easy for you all is even better.

I have a feeling I will beable to tell which targets Chuck did and didnt hit easily...have to start cutting plate again... And to those whom like to shoot the bolts out I know who you are

This is the last match for this year and will start up again once the mud dries up to a reasonable level. After the 1st of January, considering there is enough snow to make it interesting I plan on running a winter event. Hopefully, it will require snowshoes.

Does anybody have an update when we will have a 2013 match? I only got to shoot it once last year and really enjoyed it.
 
This was my first "tactical" style match last summer. I learned a lot, met some good people, and had a great time. I hope the match continues this summer. ELN

I would be down for the monthly matches again. I didn't make it to the one last year but I will be at the SHC this year and it would be cool to get the monthly matches going earlier this year. Let us know a date or dates when they get ironed out.
 
I don't know any of you guys yet, but this match sounds like a great time from what I've heard. Can I get in on this? April 28? I'd love to join you guys! I'm also happy to lend a hand with set-up if you need it.

I'm not trying to speak for Shane or Justin but I'm betting more towards no go for this month. It has been pretty rough for this time of year for snow and pretty cold as well. I don't think Douglas got hit as hard Sunday night/Monday morning with snow as we did about 100 miles north if there. If it isn't snow it will be mud...

Never had a problem with Sundays, but whatever works for the other guys. I'm always down for whatever, and kinda disappointed we haven't done this again yet :D
We need to do another 5 mile biathlon.
 
Any chance one of these matches will happen in the near future?
 
So what's the status on the match. Can anyone provide an update on where to get info or did the match cease to exist? I'm bummed I just found out about it as this location is an hour closer than Raton from where I'm at.

I think I heard at the Snipershide Cup (same shooting area) that if one happened it wouldn't be until August. I may be wrong but I think that is what I remember hearing.
