How they can not hit the Kick Some Ass Switch, is amazing to me.

The Kick Some Ass Switch usually leads to them finding a new job and the city paying out millions, that's a good enough reason for most to not hit the switch but the temptation would be great.

How? Because the minute they use reasonable and justified force and it gets caught on camera you have numerous assholes claiming police brutality or violation of civil rights. Kinda like that douche Eventhorizon and his lap boy Gay Montag. I'm sure they'll be chiming in here soon claiming how this young man was a victim of stop and frisk by the big bad evil policeman.

The ensuing horseshit that follows when cops are filmed using force isn't worth the aggravation and scenes like this, which could normally be ended quickly and efficiently become dangerous and drawn out.

Savages acting in savage fashion. The video should be renamed NYPD vs everyone.

I do not understand why they did not handcuff orange hoodie while he was contained inside the car. That seemed to make the scene drag on needlessly long.

Because cops like to drag these types of things out needlessly and escalate them for no reason. Besides its more face time on YouTube. DUH!

You ever try to cuff someone who doesn't wanna be cuffed?

What a bunch of Oxygen Thiefs. Kudos to the Officers who have to put up with that BS everday. God Bless America.

Looking at that scene I guess I need to work some overtime since I'm sure most of them have no jobs. Hard to see how we are not gonna fail as a country when i see videos like this. Shameful.

Good work by the cops here....this could have got ugly fast. Not escalating force was smart in this case, the odds were not in their favor til backup arrived.

And Slap, yes, stop and frisk is still wrong. That doesn't make everything NYPD does wrong. Why not let this thread be about a couple officers who did a great job in a tough situation?

It seems that US police officers have same problems as in Europe lol !

Slapchop,
Yes. That was a large part of my job for 25 years. It was my belief that the longer you drag out an arrest, the greater the liklihood of things going sideways. This video verifies my belief.

that being said, it was pretty obvious that backup was a wise call. I still have a strong dislike for crowds like that.

This! Pretty much the same thing went down in somalia, dont aggravate the herd of wild animals they get agitated and it spreads.

What many of you don't realize is that even in small towns, you deal with these same folks on a daily basis.
No, you don't normally have the crowds, but as far as the two antagonists in the video, that is something dealt with, literally THOUSANDS of times every single day across America.

There is an axiom in law enforcement, you spend 90% of your time with 10% of the population.
Most of those act JUST like these winners.

I work in a town of about 9,000. I have never met probably 7000 of those folks. Another 1500 to 1550 or so, I have met taking reports in reference to crimes committed against them by a good portion of that 10%. That remaining 50 to 90 folks, I, personally, have arrested some of them three or four times (I have only worked here for 5 years) let alone the numbers of times they have been arrested by other members of the department.

Typical slapcock, making a otherwise adda boy good job officers thread into cops against the world poor us thread, classic

I don't know the whole story of the arrest. But good job to the cops. Well done, that could have very easily from what I had seen to spill over into a terrible event.

Typical behavior, or lack thereof, of the American Negro, or the current crop of Africans who came here from North Africa. As to insulting people on a train, my bet is the jewish folk were probably an easy target. You ever notice how they never go after hardasses, but only those who they perceive to be an easy target...like Mr. Bad Ass and the Amberlamps video from a while back?

As my US History Professor, Dr. Cicero Hughes said,"The American Negro has caused more problems than solutions in the last 5 decades. They have done nothing to improve their lot, while making it far worse at the same time. The culture and society has been on a steep decline that may never stop unless they stop causing the problems and start making solutions" Dr. Hughes is a retired US Army Veteran from the Viet Nam war. He is also, as he states, an American Negro. Once I understood the man, and where he was coming from, I started getting A's instead of C's on my papers. I could actually speak my mind in writing, and as long as he was entertained by what was written, and it told a story, it was a solid A paper. But the day he said the American Negro has made more problems than solutions, I nearly lost it trying to keep a straight face, stay silent, and not go hell yeah, you are SO right, preach on brother! He is since retired, but there is new hope. A bright young man straight out of backwoods Mississippi. He speaks very well, wears good clothes of conservative style, loathes the problems that the American Negro has caused, and blatantly calls them out when he sees them. Steve is as he says, an American Negro, and he is making a statement on and off campus

I agree Unknown the first part of my post was rife with sarcasm. It's best to end it before it starts. But as you well know, it can be extremely difficult to handcuff someone who is hell bent on NOT wanting to be handcuffed. Let alone doing it by yourself.

I guess you don't tire following me around sniffing my ass do you? Why don't you try to add something of value for a change instead of talking about dildos and double headed dongs!

FDKay,
I know just what you mean about not meeting the vast majority of people in your area. But after a while you know all the hot spots, and when you hear a call to familiar problem spots your reaction is something along the lines of "Crap, not there again...we were just there the other day. I hate that place!"

Slapchop is right about handcuffing someone who doesn't want to be..it can be a pain in the ass. I have seen a ton of officers who thought they learned all they needed in the academy, or at the annual defensive tactics class, and thought they were some kind of Chuck Norris, or Bruce Lee for about two sideways arrests afterwards.

I did a style of Japanese jujutsu for around 20 years that was designed to fight people in armor, and a huge part of it was learning joint control, joint locks, and if necessary, how to break the joints or bones because punching armor just hurts your knuckles.

I was very fortunate to have wonderful jujutsu instructors though. In that 25 years, I never once got beefed, or even accused of excessive use of force. The jujutsu seemed like a terribly unfair advantage when arresting people. Because the techniques were light years ahead of what they knew, it was usually over before things had a chance to get out of hand.

Knowing when to keep things in check until the cavalry arrives is just as important of a skill as not getting into a fight in the first place. As these officers appear to have all gone home at night, their actions worked in that environment.

A group of people like that, in such a crowded environment would give anyone in their right mind an adrenaline dump. It is the guys who are too stupid to get scared that get you hurt...

Why does your ass smell like sperm?

SlurpCock is a tactical SWAT Stunt Butt in gay porn. His ass is known as the 'High Capacity Magazine' of gay porn. His remark about dildos is due to his view that they take jobs away from the Stunt Butt Brotherhood Union Workers New York City Chapter. His other hobbies are illegally feeling the junk of other men and rimming Mayor Bloomberg, or 'Daddy' as he's affectionately referred to by all his henchmen. Occasionally SlurpCock will pretend to be a normal person but his proclivities for defending overtly illegal, incompetent and inexcusable police behavior shows him for what he is, a brainwashed, uniformed Egor who won't live under the same laws he himself enforces. When not dressed in black latex (rare) SlurpCock enjoys romantic comedies, homoerotic gladiator movies and Ben&Jerry Ice Cream sleep overs.

Be nice to SlurpCock, unless you were there your opinion is meaningless. Respect the uniform, do as you're told or you're just simply guilty of whatever Daddy says you're guilty of. And please, only let professionals like SlurpCock with years of mouth-on experience handle dildos...

The officers did a good job, dealt with it quite professionally, and the Feral Savages of the video did what they do best...
