After a crap load of filming and editing, we are finally ready to kick off our TNVC YOUTUBE PAGE. We felt there was a need to fill the void on the lack of informative night vision videos on youtube, so as usual, we produced some for you guys. These videos will address some of the frequently asked questions we get on a day to day basis, some will be on the use of gear and maybe even some NV shooting tips...who knows. We have several videos overall, and will continue to release new ones every week. As usual, feel free to send us an email or give us a call if you want to see us do a video on something specific. Hope you guys enjoy!

Nice, that is allot of work to do producing an educational video, but will certainly answer allot of questions that I constantly am getting in PMs and Emails.

I will be waiting for a comprehensive thermal video at some point in the future!

Thanks, it has taken a huge amount of work to put this all together. We have a great many parts to show we hope will really assist the community. A few vids may be a review for some around here, but we have some that may assist those as well. It's going to be a great series and we're having allot of fun doing it.

Chip talks about head mounting PVS-14's. Head mounting is the alternative to helmet mounting.

Thanks TNVC for the videos. So far they have answered several questions for me.

One quick one while I have you here. If the 4x ACOG will work with the PVS14 mounted in front I would assume it would also work with a Nightforce 4x and below??

Kyle was showing the 14 behind the ACOG. PVS-14's are not optically aligned and you can experience severe POA/POI shifts putting the 14 out front. Some folks have reported somewhat minor shift at short distances, but we have always experienced pretty bad results.

Putting a 14 behind an ACOG will work better, but beware of the tritium bloom most ACOG's present in their reticles that may be too bright for Gen 3 devices.

It's also good we got to show first hand that our TM-14 mount does indeed work with the J-Arm installed while on the weapon. It seems over the last few years a few with alliterative motives have attempted to describe our mount does not accomplish this. Well proof is in the video that indeed the TM-14 does this quite well and always had since its initial release 3 years ago.

Thank you for the interests in our videos. :)

The TA02 LED ACOG has NV capability built into it similar to the Eotech NV series, so you can use it in front of a PVS-14.

I'd love it if you guys could get your hands on some NV that is legal to those outside the US and compare it to US-restricted stuff.

The "GenIII" sold in Canada, XR5 etc - how does it compare?

Another very informative video. Thanks for posting. Question... What are you guys using to attach your folded up sling to the stock? That is an awesome idea. My safe is would look so much more organized without slings hanging everywhere. They all have QD mounts on the barrel end so all I need is your device to hold them in place.

Those are actually tourniquets on the stocks of the weapons.

Necro'ing this thread because we have more videos.

This first video is about the Wilcox RAPTAR and its features.

In this video, we talk about the Hoplite from Phokus Research Group, and demo it's features with through the tube footage.

In this video, Eric talks about the Tarsier Eclipse from Matbock, and demo's its features.

These close in lens adapters would be excellent for use in NV filming with my MoroVision MonoCam Night Vision filming equipment, it is always a hassle to adjust the objective to get a close in focus as normally it is set on infinity.

Will order a couple, thanks Chip and Eric.

Nice, I went with the Tarsier Eclipse for use with HD 1080P Night Vision filming, thanks for the unit guys!
