I bought a new SR-25 ECR, and it is apparent that I "need" another .308 suppressor. I've been thinking about a Surefire for a while (I have a metric shit ton of Surefire product, including a 5.56 Suppressor, ) but with this new rifle, and my appreciation of KAC gear, I am considering the KAC QDC suppressor as well.
The problem is, my Google searches are returning very little intel on the KAC suppressor. I'm assuming it is quality, and from what I can tell the price is actually lower than the SF, but I'd like to hear some first hand input. One obvious pitfall is that KAC 7.62 muzzle devices are only 3/4x24 and Surefire makes their brake in just about every thread pitch. Anything else? Sound? Attachment?
Any input is appreciated.
Thanks,
-Bob
